I've been working with this fine company since I was very young. We always put 110% into every job we do. And go to every length necessary to not only ensure we pour good concrete. But to preserve and protect it as best as possible. Not to mention we are the only business in town with a gurantee on our work. We work very hard and very diligently to provide the best work possible and we take much pride in what we do. This business has been in operation for decades and I could count on one hand the number of unsatisfied customers we've ever had. Most of which are uneducated on the subject of concrete and believe that a simple crack in the product essentially means that it's bad. This could not be further from the truth and you can back that up by speaking with anyone who is knowledgeable about this type of work. Or simply taking the time to do a little bit of research.

There isn't a way to put no stars, but I would definitely put no stars. I hired this man and he wanted money ahead of time, which is my own fault for giving him the money. Needless to say I waited and waited for concrete. I decided to fire him and hire somebody else. The next guy that came in informed me that the way he was going to pour it was incorrect. Pretty sure he robs Peter to pay Paul and didn't have money for the concrete. Had a cursing match with his employees in front of my 90 year old neighbor lady. Hit my house, fence and overhead service with the mini excavator. Doesn't know what he is doing. I asked for some money back, because he didn't do 3200 dollars worth of work. He told me he would add it up and give me money back and doesn't return phone calls or text messages now. Now I will have to go the small claims route. Do urself a favor and DO NOT HIRE HIM!!

PS The tiny little hole the lady I Have never done business with was merely a rock pop out and I was told was filled with a little dollup of crack sealer which should have taken care of and protected it from further issue. " This is unfortunate but normal and has Nothing to do with the structural integrity of our Exclusive Unmatched Guarantee " In Writing," I truly do not want anyone unsatisfied with our work, " Our Name is on Our Company after all," but unfortunately Concrete is not a perfect science and some people just cannot be satisfied. I told the homeowner with the little crack " probably a shrink crack due to heat," that we would keep an eye on it and not to worry Our 5 Year Unmatched Guarantee is in force. But apparently they chose to give us a bad review. This of course is their choice to freely make make and do but keep in mind when you bad mouth someone who is trying to accommodate you that you indeed do burn a bridge. PS We Live in a Frost Climate and concrete moves constantly. We take every effort to give our clients the best concrete available and Back it in Writing. I mean after all, concrete is guaranteed to do two things - { Get Hard & Crack } we can cut it with expensive Diamond Blades for the relief cuts, but we cannot guarantee against cracking, btw - We Do Not hand joint our relief cuts, " We Diamond Cut and Measure their Depth," & we put Steel re-bar in Everything we pour so it Cannot fall apart, hence our Exclusive Unmatched Guarantee that We, Only Rayco Offers & Yes Virtually No Other Contractor Offers even close to ours in this Frost Climate that is our City & State, Yep, Concrete is constantly moving folks and will crack, But if you place it properly and re-enforce it it cannot fall apart before it decomposes Many Decades into the future. * Please Note: that I am indeed sorry and would like to to try to remedy these 2 issues but probably won;t be able to by this time? But If these 2 folks are the only ones not happy after 35+ years and virtually thousands of customers, well then I Must Be Doing Something Right ? Family members in Ankeny hired them to redo their driveway, sidewalks and a six foot walk alongside the garage. Two months after they finished, a hole appeared in the driveway. That will be a year ago this fall and they have never come back as promised. The owner never returns calls and lets his calls go to voicemail, but that is always full and you can’t leave a message. They have talked to his brother, Mike, and he always says he’ll take care of it but no show and no call backs. They would never recommend them to anyone.

It has been over a year since they replaced our driveway and some of our front sidewalks and made a new walkway from the driveway to the front porch. Cracking started immediately and they left concrete all over our garage door. The work crew used our personal wheelbarrow to move excess concrete to our backyard and dumped it in our tree line along with the wheelbarrow. Numerous calls and emails with frequent promises of action but no one comes out but crickets. I would not recommend them to anyone.
