About Private School Axis

Regarding Independent School Axis Axis is a 501(c)( 3) not-for-profit company that partners with Los Angeles location independent colleges to produce pathways for underrepresented pupils and families of shade to access, browse, and flourish in private education. Independent institutions do not properly stand for the total Los Angeles population, where over 70% of citizens are individuals of shade. With our Axis mates, we support pupils and educators of color as they access exclusive education and learning possibilities with our recurring assistance. We also deal with Partner Schools throughout L.A. to make a long-term and transformative influence on their diversity, equity, incorporation, and accountability (DEIA) techniques. By holding institutions responsible for how they approach and address DEIA, we can attain much better understanding end results for all pupils while also preparing them to come to be multiculturally proficient residents. Our authentic, complete, and purposeful method seeks to create a much more equivalent and just education experience for all.
