They deserve 10 stars❗️ I wanted to send flowers as a congratulatory gift today and realized that it was Mother’s Day weekend. The owner told me that if it was very important to me that they be delivered today then they would take care of it today. They.came today, and are incredibly gorgeous and fresh. I worked with Vee, the kindest and knowledgeable woman, and it was a pure pleasure. It was a delight working with them.
The customer service, attention to detail, and overall caring spirit in this shop is next to none! They went above and beyond to carry a message of love to our loved one in the hospital. We will absolutely be using Pinketa in the future!

I live in California and wanted to send my best friend some beautiful flowers for her birthday. I was able to order flowers on her birthday & they were delivered the same day, with in three hours. The customer service, professionalism and personal care was top notch. I felt like they really wanted to make my best friend feel special on her birthday. When they showed up at her house, she wasn't there yet, rather than leaving the flowers in the hot sun they waited for over 20 minutes till she arrived. They even rescued another package sitting in the hot sun. My friend was overjoyed bc not only did they waited for her, brought her other package outta the sun but that the flowers were so beautiful, SO fresh, and now her whole house smells like a florist shop!!!! thank you for all your help and thank you for such a gorgeous arrangement!!
