I paid $70 to another groomer for my cavapoo puppy grooming. They weren't able to cut his hair (just feet, face & fanny). So 1 month later I brought him here and they did such a great job! He looks amazing and wasn't the least bit traumatized. I can't praise Melissa enough!
The staff is really nice and accommodating and the equipment works great. The set up they have is a little difficult though. You cut hair, wash, and dry all in the same tub. It was a struggle to trim our dogs hair because of the tub siding and you can't see lower angles very well. I would love to see a high rise table were you can trim or shave your dog. There is not a lot of parking in the front but there is a larger parking lot just to the south of the building that is convenient. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.
First time taking our Standard Poodle here for the shelf dog wash. I LOVE this place. I have already recommend Dirty Johnson to several people after our first visit. The staff was very helpful and kind. I will be heading back on a regular basis. Thank you Dirty Johnson.
My experience was not like any of the other reviews. This place is desperate for an upgrade. The tubs are rusty, the dryer blew freezing air and was pretty much unusable, the sanitization/cleaning process between dogs was a quick spray and five second wipe off. And conditioner costs extra?! For the price, there are plenty of other better places in the area with a cleaner and more welcoming environment, bigger shampoo and conditioner selection, and more helpful customer service. I would love to leave a positive review for this small business but charging $13 for watered-down shampoo, ten minutes in a tub and no amenities is robbery.
