Run from this place! Their rates are exorbitant. I was with them for several years. Every time I tried to leave, my rates “miraculously” got a few dollars cheaper, but then creeped back up. And, I have a good driving record! I switched to State Farm and saved over $50 a month for the exact same coverage. Don’t be duped!
Ben Farwell has provided excellent service for me concerning obtaining homeowners insurance for my new home in Surprise. He has also contacted my agent in CA and made the transition very smooth in canceling my previous policy as well as providing the new one. He is helping me get my family’s vehicles transferred as well. He is exactly what I hope for in an Allstate agent. I had my last agent for over 35 years and hope to be taken care of by Ben and his staff for the many years I plan to live in Surprise. Todd had also been a big help when I call the office. They really go above and beyond for their customers, and take the time to get to know your personal situation to give you the best plan. I have been a customer for years, and only had to change because we moved out of state, otherwise I was a customer for life. HIGHLY recommend!!!
