She was so welcoming, and so ready to help me find the perfect fit. The entire staff at ABC Nannies became my biggest cheerleaders during this whole process and now I am with a family that I truly love working with! It really was a painless process of finding the job, and I feel so lucky to have experienced it with ABC Nannies! From the application process, to tips and tricks before going to the interview. I was looking for an agency to help me find nanny work, and I unfortunately found ABC Family through a third party app. When I applied through their website, a representative contacted me with a completely different job as well as low-balling me pay wise. They put on all of their jobs higher pay then what they are going to offer you, no matter what experience. I have 5 years of childcare as well as First Aid and CPR certifications. You would make more money working for yourself rather than this agency.
If I could give ABC nannies 10 stars I would!!! I'm a first time/working mom that was so intimidated by the process of hiring a nanny. I put it off as long as a could because I was so worried, I wouldn’t find someone that would meet my expectations for childcare. When I was referred to ABC nannies, I was assured that all their nannies are back-ground checked, reference checked and have years of experience. They helped guide me through the process of part-time vs full time and what would be the best fit for what I was looking for. We had several conversations about my needs and they constantly adjusted my search based on my feedback. They are truly incredible at matching nannies with a family, the process was so seamless and stress free. We only had to interview 2 nanny’s and the 3rd nanny was the perfect fit! We absolutely love her, and she is so incredible with our daughter. I can go to work every day with peace of mind that she is in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend ABC nannies enough, they are worth there weight in GOLD!
